What stood out in Tanvi's work was that she able to deconstruct complex and sometimes fuzzy user workflows into coherent and detailed design pages that needed limited iteration.
Tanvi also impressed in her ability to step into the users' shoes and understand latent frustrations/expectations of the end user. This was especially impressive to see when she was helping us build a data SaaS product where user empathy was more challenging since she wasn't an end user.
